Wedge wire screen are made during simultaneous winding of specially profiled working wires on a spiral and welding them to carrying wires placed along the tube. This technology allows the production of wedge wire screens when very high gap precision and screen resistance are required. Due to using the newest welding technology we can obtain various distances between carrying wires, very accurate and repeatable gap and therefore produce screens according to customer’s particular requirements.

Sand control wire wrapped filter tube is widely used for sand control in oil well, gas well and water well, especially in water well industry. It is one of widely used water filter sieve tube.

The outside surface of the clearance is bigger than that of the inside because the strip section is ladder shaped. There're V type, wedge type and other type wire wrapped sieve tubes.

1) OD(outside diameter ):usually 6-5/8’’,7’’ ,8-5/8’’,9-5/8’’,10-3/4’’,12-3/4’’by our customers’ requirements.

2) Material :Carbon steel or stainless steel (201,304,304L,316,316L and so on)

3) Slot size :Given by customers(we can do 0.05-6.0mm)

4) Open area :Maximum open area of 60% is offered. Facilitating high flow capacity and low inlet resistance resulting in extended well life 

5) Wire and rods dimensions :Obtaining through well depth or collapse strength , which are furnished by customers.

6) Connection types :Usually STC threads or a passage of welded ring (plain end or beveled end ),both of them are weld together with the portion of the screen.

7) Unit length :We suggest 2.9m-5.8m to fit the container .

Each product is packed with bubble bag and then few bags to a wooden case (fumigation certificate)
