Details of V Wire Screen Header Lateral for Filter Tank
UBO has a patented advanced collector distributor system design that allows for fractal control of fluid flow in a media.
V wire screen header lateral in that the residence time for a path through the upper header lateral and collector header lateral is the same for each exit/entrance pair in the system. It allows for a better use of the media and an increase in overall process efficiency.
Providing for equal contact time with media and resonance time in the system, these fractal laterals have an exit flow variation as low as three percent for the entire assembly.
Applications of V Wire Screen Header Lateral for Filter Tank
Wedge wire type hub and header lateral consist of a series of screen laterals connected to either a central-header pipe or a hub, they are important components of ion exchange units, media filters, sand filters, carbon strip vessels, carbon towers, clay filters and in many water and waster water treatment applications.
Features of V Wire Screen Header Lateral for Filter Tank
1) Screens with high open area are more suitable for the construction of high-quality water wells, oil wells and gas wells.
2) Low cost operation.
3) Reduce the abrasion of the pump.
