Details of V Slot Wedge Wire Screen Tube Filter
The V slot wedge wire stainless steel Wedge Wire screen tube filter pipe is made by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire cylindrically around support rods under automatic wire screen machine. Each profile wire and support rod is welded by resistance welding.
The V-shaped wire can be made in different height and width to address various strength application, meanwhile, the spacing of individual slots can be varied during fabrication if geologic conditions require these variations in a screen's construction.
