Wedge Wire Cylinders and tubes can be designed with slot openings and wires running on the outside surface of screen cylinder & they can be put axially on the inside of the cylinder.

Each intersection of wedge wire and support rod is welded for strength and durability. Various combinations of wire and rod can be used to produce the best screening cylinders and tubes.

Wedge wire cylinders are manufactured for all types of mechanically and air swept cylindrical interstage screens.

Standard diameter cylinders are seamless. Cylinders are flanged together in two & three sections in case preferential wear occurs at different levels in the tank. 

Cylinders are custom-made for specific applications taking the aperture size and wedge wire profile as well as diameter, height and flange details into account.
