Pump intake screens

Pump Intake Screens (filter nozzle)can filter a liquid or gas and retain a filtering medium (sand, catalyst, resin, zeolite, activated carbon, etc). The principle consists of distributing nozzles over a vessel floor so as to control the flow during collection or distribution.

Filter nozzles provide an excellent economic compromise in combining the benefits of a completely welded structure to withstand very high stress, provide an anti-clogging surface and excellent corrosion resistance.

Application of Pump Intake Screens

The filter wedge wire screen nozzle can be fixed on the filtering equipment for the filteration of water petrol resin and other medium. Also it can be used in the water treatment, water softhening, conversion of sea water into fresh water, the filter of food chemistry.

Small systems may be built moduarly from off-the-shelf components requiring minimal customization.
