Custom Stainless Steel Wedge Wire Filter

Stainless steel wedge wire filter, also known as a wedge wire screen, is made from a V-shaped profile wire and a longitudinal support bar. Each intersection of these wires is welded to give it a rugged construction and good mechanical properties. The profile line and the support bar can be axial or radial. It mainly includes internal filtering and external filtering. Depending on the application, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements. More importantly, we can customize the filter nozzle, filter pipe, filter basket, and other wedge wire filter according to customer requirements.
