The wedge wire screen is one of the good solutions for oil wells and drilling. The wedge wire profile welded and wounded on the rod profile forms the oil sand-proof wedge wire pipe. The specification and type can be custom according to your requirements.
The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights. Slot opening for screens is manufactured by spacing successive turns of the outer wire to produce the desired slot size. The slot shape is v-shaped. As the picture:
